In our efforts to keep everyone safe yet connected, you can send a smile to those within Next Step Healthcare facilities. We have made it easy for you to brighten residents and caregivers' days safely with letters and packages, whether you know them personally or not!
Is there an additional way to reach out to a facility?
We have a dedicated Family Member Liaison Line. Should you leave a voicemail for the Liaison, you will receive a call back within 24 hours. They will assist with facilitating communication for you.
