Next Step Healthcare is the only healthcare company that provides nursing and rehab facilities in Massachusetts for families and individuals who want a personalized, authentic, and worry-free solution in an era of overwhelming options.
Next Step was founded when the best in healthcare were considering what the next step was for their careers, for their loved ones, and for the long and short term skilled nursing industry.

Founders Damian Dell‘Anno and Bill Stephan decided that they wanted to raise the standards of what a skilled nursing facility could look like; their goal was to create a company where they personally would be proud to send their family. Our goal is to exceed expectations in our healthcare facilities through community, consistency, and quality.
Every Next Step facility acts as both a skilled nursing facility and as a home, whether that be for a day, a week, or a year. You want the best for your loved one, in both comfort AND care, and that is exactly what Next Step Healthcare strives to provide.

Our facilities offer a wide range of programs and services to meet the needs of each resident. Each facility, while aesthetically ranging from cozy, home-like buildings with pond views to large multi-level buildings with state-of-the-art rehabilitation gyms, has been carefully and thoughtfully designed with our residents in mind. You know you are in a Next Step facility when you walk through the door and feel welcomed and catered to.

From Braintree to Melrose, from Lee to Fall River to Westborough, our facilities strive to provide dedicated and experienced staff – CNAs & nurses who do not take lightly that your vulnerable loved one is in our care. It is our highest priority to make them feel safe, comfortable, healthy, and happy. We hire staff who share our commitment to our residents.
